Shipping and Return Policy

This webstore services and ships Worldwide (expect America), and all over Europe (except Germany and UK) . If you live in another region please click the Dealer Map and contact your local dealer or distributor for service.

Products purchased through this store will usually be delivered to EU locations in 3-5 days, and worldwide locations in ~7 days. Products originate from France, so non EU customers may be subject to customs tax's. Most products are shipped via DHL.

Important Return Policy Information:

Banshee Bikes cares deeply for the environment and we strive to limit our impact wherever possible. As a part of this mission we strive to limit our impact through wasteful and un-needed shipping and returns. In our perfect world we would have 0% returns, so we discourage placing any orders unless the customer is sure it's the correct item required. If you are unsure about the compatibility of a part, please contact europesales@bansheebikes.com prior to placing an order so we can assist you!

Mistakes can happen, and if the mistake is Banshee's we will take care of the customer with an easy return and replacement.

For all other returns, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the freight costs to return the item. If you do decide you need to return an item, please email europesales@bansheebikes.com for more information regarding the return procedure.

Certain items like Softgoods, are not eligible for returns unless there was a mistake made during fulfillment.
